At the moment I've only seen the beginning of the course. The Ubuntu Developers seem to have done a good job at the start, a lot of things are often self explanatory. I decided to watch this course out of curiosity and think it is clear and easy to understand. To sum things up: Looking good!

This tutorial was simple and very educational at the same time.

This course was enjoyable and very informative. The instructor explains some of the reasons for the choices and options you have during the installation, as well as which options could cause problems and which options could possibly work as alternates. He also explains why you should or should not choose the options during installation, which could cause errors and what the options do and mean. This was extremely important to me as I am relatively new to Linux.

This course is an excellent step-by-step tutorial on the basic installation of of a RAID6 Ubuntu server. It thoroughly explains the setup of the RAID disks and basic server. As a seasoned DEBIAN admin, I found this course very well done with side notes that explained basic reasoning behind certain installation decisions. I look forward to advanced server installation topics.
